Ricochet Riot
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3312)
Created for the entire class of front row-ers only...
- Transition into this combo by doing right, left turnsteps (8)
- (You are now facing the left wall, step is on your right)
- Step up right foot, tap left foot behind right on step, off (4)
- Step up right, ricochet left and off (6)
- Tap (or jump) both feet on and off step double time (2)
- Over the top (4)
- Back over in an A (4)
- U-turn (4)
- A-step (4)
- U-turn (4)
It's easy to slow down the transition by doing a few over the tops,
giving those that misstep a chance to catch up..
If you are not familiar with ricochet, I hope I can articulate it...
After you step up right, lift the left knee up, touch it down
lightly (no planting) on the other side of the step and bounce
back, lifting the knee again and returning it to the floor behind
you. I don't reverse this (trust me on this one)
Again, this is for the class that gets bored with the board...
