Combo #1
- 1 V-step right (4)
- 1 V-step left (4)
- 1 Turnstep (right foot leads) (4)
- 2 Over the tops (8)
- 1 Knee (4)
- 1 Abduction (4)
- 1 Hamstring curl (4) (32 counts)
Repeat beginning with 1 V-step left*
Combo #2
- 4 Over the tops (16)
- Repeater knees (2X) (16)
- 1 Turnstep (right foot leads) (4)
- 1 Turnstep (left foot leads) (4)
- 1 Diagonal hitch kick across the step (4)
- 4 Hops back on the floor (4)
- 4 Charlestons (lunge back when doing the charleston) (16)
Repeat, all you have to change is turnstep left, then right
(64 counts)
Combo #3
- 2 Basics right foot leads (8)
- 1 Squat to the right (4)
- 1 Squat to the left (4)
Repeat left foot leads, squats are the same (16 counts)
Combo #4
- 1 L-step off the left side of the step (4)
- 1 Knee (4)
- 3 Across the tops (12)
- 1 Repeater knee (8)
- 1 L-step off back (4) (32 counts)
Combo #5
- 3 Basics right foot leads (12)
- 1 Power squat on the floor (4)
Repeat left foot leads (32 counts)
Combo #6
- 2 V-steps right (8)
- 1 L-step off the left of the step (4)
- 2 Across the tops (8)
- 4 Marches to the front of the step (4) (you'll face
the wall that was behind you)
- 2 Jacks on the floor (4)
- 1 Power squat (4) (32 counts)
Repeat this pattern on the other side of the step. You can make
this another 32 count pattern by beginning with 2 V-steps left
foot leading and an L-step off the right of the step.
