Lying on your side/your head rest on your arm/abdonimal are
hold/squeeze glutes/knees slightly bend
- Lift right leg up and down --> 16x
- Up 2 down 2
- Up 3 down 1
- Up 4 down 4
- Repeat #1
- Place your right leg 40 degree in front of you
- Repeat #1-2-3-4-5
Then do the left leg.
