This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3316)

Lying on your side/your head rest on your arm/abdonimal are hold/squeeze glutes/knees slightly bend
  1. Lift right leg up and down --> 16x
  2. Up 2 down 2
  3. Up 3 down 1
  4. Up 4 down 4
  5. Repeat #1
  6. Place your right leg 40 degree in front of you
  7. Repeat #1-2-3-4-5
Then do the left leg.
