A Fantastic Step Circut

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3319)

You will work on the step for about 3-5 minutes, come off take 3-8 pound handweights and perform toning exercises for the delts/bi/tris bpm 124-126 - step is horizontal

This is a blast of a class, it combines strength, toning and cardio work and burns lots of calories while toning muscles. It is a 45 minute class from warm up to the last cardio so you'll get a great work out.
