This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3331)

Windmill - 3 glute lift repeater adding plyometrics (power) while circling both arms.

Hyperlunge - off right tip:

Reverse for the left tip.
Tip - If you are doing this step off the right, begin this move towards the right end of the step, vice versa for left!
