Jenn's Hyper-Step
This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 3331)
- Basic right 2x (8)
- Windmill to left corner (8)
- V-step left 2x (8)
- Hyperlunge off right tip (8)
- Basic left 2 times (8)
- Windmill to right corner (8)
- V-step right (8)
- Hyperlunge off left tip (8)
Windmill - 3 glute lift repeater adding plyometrics (power)
while circling both arms.
Hyperlunge - off right tip:
- 1 Step up right
- 2 Bring left foot up on step tapping to towards the middle
(don't put any body weight on left foot!)
- 3 Switch quickly and lunge (with no body weight) the right
foot off the tip.
- 4 Right foot comes back up to step while left knee comes
up (you are still on the step).
- 5,6 Step down left than right
- 7,8 1 Jack on floor
Reverse for the left tip.
Tip - If you are doing this step off the right, begin this move
towards the right end of the step, vice versa for left!
