Diagonal over/hamstring curl: Similar to a revolving door with an
additional move in the middle. Go diagonal over bench (4), left
lead, step right, hamstring curl left (5&6), turn in to face right
wall (counts 7&8). Now diagonal over bench left lead, step right
hamstring curl left, (walk, walk counts 7&8)
This should place you on the left foot ready to take combo
one from the left.
Ski V: like a down-hill skiing move --hop to left corner (1&2),
right corner (3&4) and then left corner (5&6) exit on counts 7&8
Hop V: hop V onto bench for counts 1&2; hop in on bench, counts
3&4, exit right&left (down, down) for counts 5&6 and come back
up on bench right&left for counts 7-8. You finish on top of the
bench facing front to go into lunges. A lower-impact version:
march out, out on top of bench counts 1&2; in, in counts 3&4;
down, down counts 5&6; up, up counts 7&8
Please email me if I haven't explained something clearly enough.
Be safe and have fun ;o)
