Upper Body Drop Sets To Die For

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3348)

This is best done when there are at least 2 to 3 sets of weights availible for each person

Have each person select a light, medium and heavy weight ex. 2, 3, 5 pounds or 3, 5, 7 pounds or 5, 7, 10 pounds. This will depend on the level of each participant and the goal of the class (toning, or building some muscle)

I hope this helps to spice up your toning classes - I found that it was a good change - it's a little irritating to switch weights all the time but it also helps to pick up the pace of the class a bit!
