This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 3350)

Block 1 - Rockin' Roundhouse

Starting on the right foot moving towards the front of the room:

Block 2 - I'm going to get you sucka!

Roundhouse Kick

Starting in fighting or Boxer's position, turn your right hip forward and lift your right knee and "snap" your leg out to the side. You should land on your right foot with your left leg extended behind you and your hips are facing the front of the room. Now you're ready for another kick on the left side or a left-handed punch.

Knife Hand

It's a karate chop. Make sure that your fingers are tightly held together. Wrists should be straight and palm up. Pretend that you are striking your opponents neck or ears. Ouch!
