Inverted L-Double Step

This is a Double Step pattern from (pattern 3374)

"Front" bench horizontally in front of you.
"Back" bench to your left. Steps forms an inverted "L"

  • Front bench knee right corner (2 count)
  • Back bench knee left corner (2 count) Repeat

    Combo #4

    Reverse Combo #4 on back bench

    To teach the flow and feeling of going from the front bench to back bench, I start off with four right knees on the front bench and then the back. Then reduce to 2 and then alternating. Then start with the combination.
