Combo #1

Repeat with a left lead (64 counts total each side)

Combo #2

Repeat with a left lead (32 counts total each side)

Combo #3

Repeat with a left lead (32 counts total each side)

Combo #4

Repeat with a left lead (32 counts total each side)

1st combo, sorry to take so long to explain it but it doesn't have a name and I thought it best to tell you where your feet go on each count.
Step knee stroll, I've heard called Broadway legs, I think. I use this move a lot in several different variations. Start the step knee facing right side of step, step up left 1, lift right knee 2, step down right 3, left 4, walk back right 5, lift left knee on 6, step down left 7, walk forward right 8, then repeat it again. You can really get some power from this move!

Combo #2
The V-step, I do 2 regular 1st, then on the 3rd I squat on top 2x for an 8 count, then I said for intensity and variation add the tick tock. The count is step up 1,2, squat 3, lift up and lift lead leg out to the side on 4, hop down on it and lift opposite leg out to side 5, hop down on it and lift opposite leg out to side 6, step down to floor 7 with that leg, other leg step down on 8. I tell them whatever leg you lead up with is the leg that lifts first on the tick tock and then steps down. Also for variety, my 2nd V-step I either hop V or turn and V on the floor facing the back of the room.

Combo #3
Be sure to grapevine in an arch so you don't get far from the step. When you shuffle across long it is sycopated so you step together step 2x on top then step down.
Step leap, I start with a basic step then leap to opposite leg

Combo #4
Boxer's bob & weave, I picked up on this site
Over the top leave the left leg on top step, so that you are squatting with one foot on top, then lean body to the right on 3,4, to left on 5,6, to right on 7,8. The left foot sort of lifts and the left leg straightens out as you lean to the right.
Walk the plank, 3 knees on top moving forward 1st and 2nd, back on the 3rd and straddle down go into football run.

I hope this makes sense, it's 2a.m. and I'm beat! Please Email if it doesn't, I hate it when I can't figure out what a combo or a move is.

My class loves this cause it really gets the heart rate up. Thank you to Sherrie for helping my come up with this great routine!
