Heart-rate Booster

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3386)

That's it, change the knees to outer thighs, inner thights, glutes,hamstrings, single leg lifts, all with two jacks in between.

Remember hi/lo options for jacks. I find that cueing the jacks each time is necessary. have fun. watch that heart-rate!

P.S. Jacks can also be hi/lo squats.
