UMAS Pattern 1

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 3391)

Warmup: Begin in guard stance aka boxers stance Class dismissed

We use this one in our rotation and have weight work some classes and technique application on the bags some and this one emphasises the front kick round and side and the hook jab and cross, others emphasise other aspects of our kickboxing in an aerobic way. I am a karate instructor, 2nd degree black and tournament competitor. The workouts I teach are based on my personal training for competition and from my many years in the martial arts, if this type of aerobics introduces more people to the martial arts then it will be well worth it.
