This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3410)
(this is a 64 count self-reversing pattern)
- Grapevine right, left** (8)
- Scoop up 4x (alternating step hop) (8)
- Step touch back 4x (8)
- 4 Hamcurls* (8)
- 4 Lunges left knee (8)
- 4 Alternating step touch (8)
- 4 Lunges right knee (8)
- Single, single, double step touch (8)
Now start the pattern on the left lead
* For added variety, you can turn around when doing hamcurls
** You can also do two right grapevines, turning on the second
one, which will have you facing the back of the studio.
I have done many different combinations with the final 4 step
touches to add variety. I'm sure many of you creative instructors
can think of more! Email me with your different ideas!
