Combo 1 - Kickin' The Door Down

Repeat going to the left

Combo 2 - Billy's Jacks (got this from Billy Blanks)

Repeat for 4 sets

Combo 3 - Machine Gun Punches

Once your class has established proper form let them punch as fast as they can.
