BoxAerobics pattern from

(pattern 3420)
Combo 1 - Kickin' The Door Down
- Shuffle to the right 3 x's (hands up to block face)
- 1 Side kick with the left leg (yell a loud Keehaa!)
- 1 Side kick with the right leg (yell a loud Keehaa!)
- Squat left with a right hook
- Squat right with a left hook
Repeat going to the left
Combo 2 - Billy's Jacks (got this from Billy Blanks)
- 1 Jumping jack
- 1 Side kick left leg
- 1 Jumping jack
- 1 Side kick right leg
Repeat for 4 sets
Combo 3 - Machine Gun Punches
- Jump out into a wide stance, elbows held close to the body
punch right
- Chamber right arm back to starting position
- Punch left
- Chamber left arm back to starting position
Once your class has established proper form let them punch as
fast as they can.
These three combos should get the heart rates up. If you have
