Class-ey Workout II

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 3422)

Repeat with left 32

Y-step consists of a moving cha-cha-cha forward with right foot in front then V-step with left foot 1 1/2 x's feet should be shoulder width apart to start in on the box step. When doing the Y-step backwards the V is then upside-down making your steps behind you! It takes a few times through, but it's a blast!!

Rocking horse in three's: step right in front curl left, step left behind knee up with right, repeat again, then on the third set do two curls in a row then two knees in a row. This wakes up the class and gets them working on balance a little!
