Carpet Pulls

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 3451)

You'll need small carpet samples & a hardwood floor- flip over the carpet tile get in a push-up position with toes only on the sqaure, slowly pull legs into your chest- press legs back- do it again- INCREDIBLE for lower abs
