Vertical Lift

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 3453)

Vertical placement: Start on the left side of the step, right foot leading. Self-reversing.

Feel free to use any or all of these two combos. If you increase the intensity by adding vertical lift, it moves pretty fast. I use this type of choreography with moderate to advanced classes, increasing the music speed slightly for more advanced to about 134 BPM. Hope it helps someone...thanks all for with ????
