This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 3118)

Here are a few more combinations I use in my classes. These can be either used on the bag or in the air. My students love it when they can take their stress out on the bag!!

These are strong kicks, keep that standing leg planted firmly to the ground. The kicks are sharp and strong.

These are all separate combinations!


Also it is important to watch the students and make sure they are using PROPER techniques! No bending of the wrist when using the backfist or straight punches. The standing foot is to be turned out, when throwing the kicks, not facing forward.
