Flying Lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 3139)

This is taught with modifications for a higher impact class. The participants get to chose their method of travel.




Part "B" moves on the diagonals using the jacks to change direction. You can also try using it to make all 4 corners of the room. On the walk or jog forward I put 1 arm forward for 2 steps, then the other, then both arms pull back for 2 steps, and finish with 2 claps (8).

Put all 3 combinations together for a great 30 minute work out (includes break down time for teaching). Use different arms to stylize it for different music. Have fun with it!
