Put a Star by Those Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3144)

Lying on floor with pelvis tucked start this ab routine with basic lifts in the following pattern: Finish with some reverse crunches and you have a good ab routine that is simple yet effective.
