*All combos are done on the right lead first.
Combo 1
- Alternating V-step (8)
- Alternating step knee pull (8) (Imagine you are stepping
up on a step)
- Step touch (8)
- Single, single, double lunges (8) (Option: Do three
single lunges, and on the last (third) leg hop around
in a circle)
- Repeat on left lead
Combo 2
- Grapevine right and left (8)
- 4 Hamstring curls (8) (Option: turn the hamstring curls)
- Walk up and back (8)
- 2 Slow squats right and left (8) (Option: 4 fast squats right
and left)
- Repeat on left lead
Combo 3
- Kick forward, moving forward (8)
- Kick side, in place (8)
- Kick back, moving back (8) (Option: turn while doing
the kicks to the back.)
- 4 Jumping jacks (8)
- Repeat on left lead
Combo 4
- Step touch (8)
- 2 Step knee lunges (8) (step to the right side, left knee
lifts, left leg lunges to the back, then step to the left
side...)
- Cowboy right and left (8) (out, out, in, tap, to other side)
- Single, single, double hamstring curls (8)
- Repeat on left lead
Combo 5
- Shuffle right corner (4)
- Walk back (4)
- Shuffle left corner (4)
- Walk back (4)
- 2 Straddle taps (4)
- Grapevine right (4)
- Mambo, left leg (4)
- Center squat (4) (legs are together)
- Repeat on left lead
