- Skate back x 4
- Shift weight x 4
- Grapevine right
- V-step (left leg lead)
- Grapevine left
- V-step (right leg lead)
- Knee lift (coming forward) x 4
- Heel digs (on the spot) x 4
- Knee lift (going back) x 4
- Heel digs (on the spot) x 4
- Calf raise x 4
- Lunge legs back (right/left) x 4
- Repeat above
Arms and jumps optional
Repeat routine with a left leg lead
Moves can be done on the spot as an alternative
