Kat #2 Easy 32 Count Squat

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3199)

Step position can be horizontal or vertical! Add this 32 count combination to your other combos to make a routine. I do "walk over the bench" because I've had a participant complain about the pivot bothering his knees. You can change that "tap up 2 times" to other things like kick or hamstring, etc. Thanks for all the ideas!
