Incredible! A Complete Hi-Lo workout by who else but Moi!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3200)

This is a complete Hi-Lo workout beginning with a New Warm-up and ending with a New Cooldown!

Warmup:

Pattern 1 (32 counts)

Pattern 2 (32 counts)

STRETCH! after the warm-up

The cardio work out (hi-lo) from my previous patterns:

  1. Variable Intensity but Fun!
  2. It's always the music that inspires me! Sunchyme! Here I go.. Pattern: 1 (A and B)
  3. Absolutely Fabulous (that's what I think!)
  4. Only if there is time then teach Move it with Style and Grace

Cooldown:

Pattern 1 (32 counts)

Visually it's incredibly simple so cheer up!
