Triple dip anyone ?

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3223)

Both arms are in a corner grip - resistance 40 - 60% depending on the music tempo.

Dip: just like a push up except your elbows are out to the side

After you can switch lead legs and repeat on the other side in order or reverse the order (2 regular, 1 triple, 4 regular, 2 triple ...)
