Hi/Lo pattern from

Again no double-dutch from me, but an easy to teach
KISS-pattern. Have fun!
Combo 1
- Grapevine right - mambo left (8)
- 4x Step touch (travel forwards) (8)
- Grapevine left - mambo right (8)
- 4x Step touch (travel backwards) (8)
Combo 2 (self-reversing)
- 2x Easy walk right (8)
- SSD Hamstring curl (travel forwards) (8)
- 2x Straddle/V-step left (travel backwards on these!!!) (8)
- 2x Squat left (8)
Repeat left lead
Combo 3 (self-reversing)
- Scottish ** right (8)
- 4x Lunge alternating (8)
- 4x Slide right (keep on travelling towards
right wall) (8)
- Spider ** left (8)
Repeat left lead
** Scottish = walk forward 3x, lift knee, walk backward 3x, lift knee
** Spider left = tap sideways 4x with left toe, keep right hand
firmly on quadriceps of right leg, move left hand up together
with left leg tapping and go low.
