Six-alarm Sizzler!
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3225)
Step is horizontal. Begin leading right, facing the
front of the room.
- Knee-tap-walk the bench (8). Step up right on 1, lift the
left knee on 2, tap the left toe on the left end of the
bench on 3, lift the left knee on 4, step left on the left
end of the bench on 5, step right on the right end of the
bench on 6, step down down (do not tap) off the right end
of the bench on 7-8.
- Arms on this one: Reach both arms up right on 1, pull down
to the left hip on 2, repeat on 3-4. Marching arms on 4-8.
- You are now leading left, facing the right wall with the
bench behind you.
- Waltz around the right end of the bench (4). This is two step
touches with a pivot in between. You end up facing the left
wall, with the bench by your left foot. Arms pec press.
- Walk around the left end of the bench. (4) The transition
between the waltz and the walk can be fun -- put a little hip
into it! Arms shoot up and pull down. You are still on a
left lead.
- 4 V-steps, facing the front of the room, with optional power
(16). Extend the lead arm on 1, palm forward, the other arm on
2, palm forward. With straight arms, clap the palms together
on 3, pull in (like you are stabbing yourself!) on 4. These
V-steps give everyone a chance to get back on track if they
got lost in the pattern above.
Repeat the entire 32-count combination beginning with a left lead.
Email me! I have lots more great choreography.
