Intensity Matters
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3226)
- March or jog 4, shasay,(count 5,6) step behind
left, then right (7,8)
- Mambo front with left foot (4) mambo side with
left foot (4)
- Step hop (left) step hop (right) (4 counts) 2 quick
knees (right) (4)
- Jog 4 (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
This is a good combo for any intensity....you can start facing
front, then turn right for the march 4, then face front again
for the shasay (powerslide). After the class gets the hang of
it, it's a good one to change direction on the jogs or jacks
at the end.
