Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3233)
- Kneelift 4x moving forward (8)
- Double hamstring curls right/left (8)
- Step touch 4x moving backward (8)
- Power "V" 2x (right/left) * (8)
- *(step out right/left like you're doing a regular V-step,
then hop,hop legs together. Switch leads and repeat)
- Kick 4x moving forward (8)
- Double grapevine with turn in the middle (8)
- Kick 4x (moving to back of the room) (8)
- Double grapevine with turn to face front again (8)
- Jog forward (pushing with arms) (8)
- Kick 4x (turning in a complete circle) (8)
- Grapevine right/left (8)
- Mambo 1x (4)
- Jack 2x (4)
(Repeat the above moving backward on the jog)
