Vita's Vibe On Fitness #3 (Hi-Lo)
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3249)
3 - 32 count self reversable patterns. Teach them separately and
then combine them at the end for muscle balance. This pattern is
designed for the final product so you would have to change things
around a little bit for right and left leads. Please email for
additional comments or explanations. Have Fun! All starting with
the right lead of course.
Combo 1
- Walk up 6, hop 2 on counts 7,8 (8 counts)
- Lunge x 4, right, left, right left (8 counts)
- Squat slow x 2 to the right (8 counts)
- Squat slow x 2 to the left (8 counts)
Combo 2
- Grapevine right (moving backward diaganolly to the right)
(4 counts)
- Grapevine left (moving backward diaganolly to the left)
(4 counts)
- Step curl with a turn x 4 (8 counts)
- Two steps right, lunge back x 2 with left leg
(8 counts)
- Two steps left, lunge back x 2 with right leg
(8 counts)
Combo 3
- Step touch moving forward x 4 (8 counts)
- Walk back 4 counts, out, out, in, in (8 counts)
- Grapevine right (4 counts)
- Grapevine left (4 counts)
- Leg curls single, single, double (8 counts)
Repeat all combos with left lead
