This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 3250)
Bench is horizontal; you are facing left side of room, leading
with right foot.
- Up-3 lunges (right/left/right) - 3 repeater lunge (left) -
exit (same side you started from) = 16 counts
- Squat 3 pulses (with right foot on bench, left foot on
floor)-hop turn (on 4th count) - squat 3 pulses - hop
turn - exit - 1 jack (to get back on the beat) - 1
turnstep = 16 counts
- Repeat with left lead
*@%!-HINT - Don't step down between the squats and the hop turns.
I put some ATTITUDE into the squats, they seem to love that?
