Tubthumping

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3260)

March it out add more of your favorite moves

My class really enjoys this. It is fun once you try it out and get that tubthumping music going. I teach it in sections, then put it together,and run thru it a few times.

If you are going to use this for the warm up, may I also suggest prior to the march. Arm reaches out right shoulder level, head turns to right neck stretch, arm reach left turn head left, both arms reach up above head, stretch neck forward, both arms down, head down X4, hands on thighs back stretch. Reduce to one set with arms, and back stretch twice.
