Deep water patterns using noodles

I do a lot of intervals. When doing intervals the best workout varies the length of the intervals

Pattern 1

Sitting on the noodle like a horse (you can use weights also)
Ski variations I repeat all my intervals three times all the way through getting each leg.

Pattern 2

Sitting on the noodle.
Jack variations. Repeat the pattern 3 x through.

Pattern 3

Noodle behind your back at shoulders--or you can use weights.
Cross jack (scissor jack)

Pattern 4

The Swing---sit on the noodle like a swing. It is under your hams.
Hold on to the noodle like it is a swing---Start pumping like a swing legs and arms. Knees stay together---It's double quads forward, double hamstrings back while the chest and back are working.
