Start off by standing in a boxer's stance with your right foot forward. Then speed it up.

Total counts: 16 if you do it slow, 8 if you do it fast.

Repeat standing with the left foot forward, blocking with the left arm, jabbing with the right, then left, then right again. Add in the knee up and front snap kick.
