Beginner Knees

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 4594)

I'm back with some more choreography for beginner step. It is pretty basic, but it really gets them sweating. Everything will self reverse

Block one

* Kick and a walk step right kick left (1,2) step onto floor left, march back right left (3,4,5) kick right leg on the floor (6) march up 7,8

I usually put this all together and run through it a few times, then if I have time I add a lunge series at the end. This will get the heart rate up a little higher and teach them lunges at the same time. I have them march on top of the bench, the lunge back right/left (32), then doubles (32), then singles (32). At the end of this phrase I have them do a 1/4 turn so they now face the wall. Keep repeating the series until you get back home. If your class is REALLY beginner, have them march between sets and turn then...
