Double your fun!

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 4603)

This is a noodle workout.
I usually put this segment in the middle of the workout.

Everyone get a partner.

One person is standing at 12:00 o'clock and the other at 6:00.

Noodles are stretched out long; each holding the end of your noodles and your partners.

Pattern One

Call out switch left and repeat.

Pattern Two

Repeat moving right and left in the switch.

Pattern Three

Repeat going left.

Pattern Four

Abs with two noodles:

If you do not have enough noodles for two noodles for each person, have the other half of the class do wall work or kickboards while this half is doing abs and switch.

Water can get tedious and this helps to keep it interesting. It is traditional moves with a social aspect.
