Pick on Me, I dare you

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4620)

This is my first combo submitted so let me know if you enjoy it. If you have any comments or questions please email me. Martial arts based aerobics may seem like a fad, but if we keep it motivating, challenging and safe it will be here for a long time to come. I love this class. Let's face it, it feels good to move with strength and power.

Part 1

Start by sliding 4 counts and "slipping" (duck and slide) back for 4 counts. Cut this down to twos and then singles. Add in the strikes once the class is moving smoothly.

Part 2

Add in an interval. Try this one! If you want to spice this interval up a bit, add a front jab with your slides. Remember to return to a front jack every time. Have fun, be safe, and keep on kickin'!
