This is a Step pattern from (pattern 4628)

Well, here it is. My third in a series of routines that I am naming after a member in my classes. I hope you like it. I promise it won't be as complicated as the last.

The step is horizontal. You are behind the step and facing the front of the room.

You are now on the front side of the step.

You are again on the front side of the step.

That's it!!! I told you it wouldn't be that bad. It is a good cardio routine though and it is easy to teach. The whole thing is 128 counts but it is broken down into 4 sets of 32 counts. There is nothing complicated about the choreography so I don't think any explanations are necessary. If you have any problems, write me. HAPPY SWEATING!!
