This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4629)

This will be number 4 in my series devoted to immortalizing my class. It is my first entry in the Boxaerobics. We call it ' Kickfit. It is all cardio-kickboxing. Enjoy! Let me know what you think.

Begin in a neutral stance, facing the front of the room.

You are now in a position to repeat this routine by beginning facing the right wall. The next time you will be facing the back wall. Then the next time you will be facing the left wall. When you finish the routine after facing the left wall to start, you will finish up facing the front of the room. Does that make sense? Each time is 32 counts for a total of 128 if you do each wall.

This is a really good cardio routine as well as strength on the kicks and punches. I hope you can use it. Let me know if you have any questions. HAPPY SWEATING!!!!!!

Caution!!! On that back fist be sure to stress that they do not fully extend the lower portion of their arm. We don't wish to hyper-extend.
