Roberta's Friday Morning Pattern

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 4638)

Horizontal bench, side approach

Pattern 1

You will be on the opposite side of the bench, just repeat on the left lead to get back

Pattern 2

Repeat same left lead to get 32

Pattern 3

Repeat left lead

Pattern 4

*Like regular L-step except add alternating knee lifts (cue right knee, left knee, right knee, step back)

Pattern 5

Pattern 6

Repeat left lead

Pattern 7

Pattern 8

Repeat 4 times

Ok, this pattern is terribly easy to us, but for my group, it is an accomplishment! Remember, the workout is for them, not us! The class needs to be able to follow and feel as if they can do it! Thanks for all who have submitted patterns, as you can tell, I borrowed some from this site and just put it all together to suit my class's needs!
