Warm them up!

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4652)

Start on the right lead: 32 counts of reaching and lunging

REPEAT LEFT - I usually change the repeaters to inner and outer thigh when repeating.

Stretch

I usually have to repeat this twice on each lead leg to get about 8 minutes in. My class has really enjoyed this warm-up. Hope you do too. Email me with any questions.
