Totally Basic 2!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 4681)

(Repeat with left lead)

I teach this several times, replacing the knee to a kick, side leg lift, hamstring, inner thigh and back lift before adding on

The following patterns should be added (one at a time) after completing the initial pattern:

1st add on pattern:

(Repeat from the beginning with left lead)

2nd add on pattern:

Do this 2 times
(Repeat from the beginning, adding 1st and 2nd add on patterns with left lead)

3rd and final add on pattern:

(Repeat from the beginning, adding 1st, 2nd and this final add on pattern with left lead)

To skip left: left foot is on top of the bench, right foot is on the floor. Your weight is skipping on the left foot on the bench.
Same with right
