Pot Luck

Our Saturday morning class is called "potluck". You never
know what you are in for. Some of the things we do at extreme
is mix the class up alternating the cardio kick and the step.
Sometimes at the beginning of the class I give each student a
#1 or a #2. I explain that if I yell out your number you are
to hit the nautilus machines for a 1 set reps of 15. This
breaks the class up, some stay in the aerobic room with me
and others pump their rep and return. I alternate the number
calling. It is a great pick me up for those early Saturday
morning blues.
Hi/lo
- Side step right and leg 8 count
- Pivot right two times (now facing back of class)
- Throw a back hand punch 8 count
- Pivot right again two times (facing front)
- March up and back count of eight
- Two jacks count of 4
- Jump rope cout of 4
- #1 hit the weights
- #2 stay in the room and repeat above
- When the #1 return the 2 automatically go and work
their weight set.
- Once all return reverse above work out to lead left
pivoting left etc.
