Strong Kick Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4674)

Kicking Combo

All kicks are performed toward the front wall.
Mid-Tempo music is best - it allows for students to exhibit correct form though entire combo

All moves are alternating and moving forward

Pattern 1

Repeat with left lead.

You may want to mark in between patterns if your group is not at the intermediate or advanced levels.

My classes loved the combos and felt they worked extra hard when these patterns are used together.
