Beautiful Waist Line

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 5269)

My class loves these crunches, you are able to isolate the waistline very easily, while keeping the lower back protected.

When teaching this to your class, explain that when dropping legs to one side, be sure to only go to a comfortable distance. Legs may not go all the way to the floor. As you become more flexible, your legs will reach to the floor.
