Cardio-Latin-Dance

Hello again!

Here I am very very tired because I'm taking a Jazz course with live percusions.... uf!.....

A complete way to work in a class (aerobics class with every people, but better with 3rd age students) is to introduce allllllll the latin dance patterns as you have.....

I teach my class "Cardio-Dance" here in Mexico like this:

10 minutes with DANZON, TANGO and RUMBA
after that an aerobics part of 40 minutes with: MERENGUE, SALSA, CUMBIA, SON CUBANO, SOCA, CHA CHA CHA, SAMBA, MAMBO, ROCK & ROLL, and more..... its very hard if you know much complicated dance patterns.... it depends of your teach matter.

At end of the class, my students make some exercices (abs, lunges, pushups, etc) aaaaaaaaalllllways dancing.... just clapping, shouting etc.

And a slooooooow stretching with some vosanova, or something like that..... but remember, is a class which objetive is to heart conditioning throw dance.
