Not too easy, Not too hard, just right

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 5295)

Step is vertical
You begin on left side with a right lead Repeat on left lead

Repeat on left lead

My class thinks this combo provides enough variety to be fun, but it isn't so complex that you have a meltdown!

Ham curls on top = right foot steps on top of bench, left leg does a ham curl, then left foot steps on top and right leg does a ham curl, and then you step down to the floor for a total of 6 counts.

Turn with lunges = begin just like you're going to do a turnstep, but you don't step down on the last 2 counts you lunge right and left and then exit on the same side you started on.
