Killer Squats

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 5309)

Have fun with this and let me know how you and your class feels after it.

Feet together (entire thing is 1/2 time pulse squats.) Repeat lunges but now it is a back lunge then feet together, then left, then feet together. All 3 sets of 8

This will kill them. Guaranteed you will feel this tomorrow and the next!!!!
