Go With The Flow

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5310)

Block One (right foot lead)

Block Two (left foot lead)

Double pump over the top: Squat 2x's with left foot on the bench right foot on floor, after second pump come over the top keep right foot on bench, left foot on floor, squat 2x's, after second pump come back over the top. (1-6) Repeat the sequence once more (7-12). *After second sequence lift right knee, bring it back down, *do a step hop turn to the back of the step (half turn) come down-down left-right do *one jack. (you should be on the back of your step facing forward)

Block Three (right foot lead)

Block Four (right foot lead)

Block Five (right foot lead)

Block Six (right foot lead northeast corner)

Block Seven (right foot lead)

Powered up refers to adding a pony for a knee lift
