This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5312)

This works the external and internal obliques.

1) Lying down on the floor, on your back.

2) Legs are sraight up from the hip line.

3) Bring the left knee deep into your chest.

4) Left fingers behind left ear, right hand reaches up towards ceiling, lift elbow, shoulders & ribs off floor.

5) Slowly drop right leg until parallel to floor. Hold for 8 counts. Then switch to other side. (really make sure low back is down & abs are in tight) do 3x on each side
